Where can I find the Database administration option on Wordpress?
I have a blog on wordpress and I have to do this:
Log in to your hosting account and from the control panel locate Database administration.
But I can’tsee the database admistration option.Where is it?Under what option?
What host do you have?
there is none in wordpress, you have to go to the control panel of your webhost and do it that way, and if you are not sure where it is, I would recommend you not messing with it

There is no database option in the wordpress dashboard. You shouldn’t need to go into the database unless your changing hosts or something. What do you need to do to the database manually?

Yep, WordPress doesn’t have a built-in database administration option.
You can install a couple of plugins that allow you to do backups and optimize the database. I think there is also one that gives you more control, but you shouldn’t ever NEED to use the database directly.
What are you trying to find?

Look in cpanel (or whatever they call it) for something like phpMyAdmin, which will enable you to deal directly with the database without going through WordPress.

I think you will get it in the control panel of your host.
