I have been hearing a lot about how wordpress themes are not very optimized for the search engines, and came across a blog post mentioning that it was the best out there. Anybody have experience using the Thesis Theme for wordpress?
It’s a very attractive, very flexible theme. It will, however, cost you some money: $87, last I heard. (Which is not much more than I spent on Movable Type before switching to WordPress, come to think of it.)
There is an SEO plugin for WP which is supposed to be able to do the optimization on any theme whatsoever, but I haven’t tried it.
