In the early days of the internet, people like you and I were forced to pay a professional web designer just to have a decent website. I personally didnt have the cash to hire anybody, so I had to learn HTML, PHP, Javacript (and way too much else) just to get my first site up and running.
Now, YOU can quickly become a ProBlogger by using free wordpress themes or templates to get your basic layout and functionality while customizing your blog with graphics and high quality content.

Tuesday, October 13th, 2009I remember there was a free wordpress theme website ranked NO.1 in Google when I searched "wordpress theme", recently, I can not find it. It is lost in Google, who can tell me its homepages and why it is lost in Google?
This is the ones that I have used in the past:

I’ve created a Wordpress Theme, How Can I Keep My Author Link Intact?
Sunday, October 11th, 2009Most people delete the author link that’s located in the footer of a Wordpress blog after they use a free wordpress theme.
I’ve seen theme designers put their links in the footer of their wordpress themes that can’t be removed.
How can I do this?
Try putting them within the footer’s background image. Sure, it isn’t foolproof – but it does deter a fair amount of people from removing it.
