How do I install Wordpress?

I’ve read the instructions but I’m such a total noob when it comes to these stuffs, and I just wanna know how I can install wordpress for creating blogs. First I don’t have that cpanel thing, and I don’t even know what it is lol. And do I have to pay for cpanel (whatever it is)? So if someone can please explain it to me that would be very very helpful xD

In order to create a website with Wordpress you have to buy hosting, domain name and then install Wordpress on it.

    If you have no idea what you’re doing, you should probably just use the WordPress.com hosted service. But, here are some instructions, anyway.

    First off, you need PHP and MySQL on your Web host. Upload all the files, and go to it in your Web browser. You’ll need to create a database in MySQL (use phpMyAdmin, which is a free download or is available on most Web hosts). Get all of the necessary database information from your Web hosting provider, and fill out all of the fields in the WordPress installation. From there on, just follow the instructions.
